This awning can be used for either residential or commercial applications and helps to protect furniture, floors and draperies from fading. This 25 ft. awning blocks up to 70 percent of heat uptake on west-facing windows and doors, not to mention protection for your skin from harmful UV rays. This awning comes with a 5 year limited warranty.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
