Please follow these minimum mounting clearances; 76" from the ground, 4" above the window or door (20 to leave opening unobstructed), 2.5" on each side. It protects from UV rays, and blocks up to 70% of heat uptake. It is simple for even one person to install. You'll purchase your own hardware for installation to your specific wall. Wall brackets and steel hardware are included. Choose from a variety of colors in Beauty-Mark Long Life Designer Outdoor Acrylic Fabric, which resists fading, moisture, mildew and soil. It comes with a 5-year limited warranty. Meets or exceeds Uniform Building Code requirements, withstands heavy snow loads, and winds of 125mph.
