The Beauty-Mark(tm) fabric will keep its vivid color for years because it is specially formulated to resist fading and mildew. You can choose from many different colors. Several different valence styles are available and you can even add custom graphic signage. The strong aluminum frame is built to withstand heavy weather and will support snow loads and be stable in winds up to 125 mph. All mounting brackets are included. The awning dimensions are 100.5" W x 44" H (with 8" valence) x 24" D.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
