The incredible patented outdoor acrylic fabric on the canopy portion of this awning, resists fading, moisture, mold and mildew, and blocks up to 70 percent of heat uptake on west facing windows and doors. This awning also protects your skin from harmful UV rays, while protecting your furniture, floors and draperies from fading as well. There are 35 designer solid colors and stripes to choose from, and this awning comes partially assembled-making it easy to install.
