Ask a Canopy Specialist: This lovely non-retractable awning can be customized by your choice of color and valance style so you get the perfect accent for your home or business. The awning will provide protection from sun damage for your interior furnishings and can block up to 70% of the heat uptake from west facing windows and doors. It is made with commercial grade structural aluminum tubing and the Beauty-Mark(tm) outdoor acrylic fabric that resists fading, soiling, and mildew. Installed properly, this item will not be damaged by heavy snow loads or by winds blowing up to 125 mph. Assembly and installation can be accomplished in about one hour. Mounting brackets are included but fasteners appropriate to your mounting surface must be purchased separately. The awnings measures 100.5" W x 44" H (with 8" valance) and projects 48". The minimum mounting height from the ground is 76".
