The fabric on these awnings is constructed from Beauty Mark's patented Long Life Designer Outdoor Acrylic fabric which makes it resistant to fading, moisture, mold, and mildew, and this awning can be used both for commercial and residential applications. This awning will protect your furniture, floors, and draperies from fading-while protecting you from harmful UV rays. This awning measures 5 ft. wide, and comes partially assembled-and includes all the necessary wall brackets and stainless steel hardware. This awning support system meets or exceeds Uniform Building Code requirements.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
