It is simple for even one person to install. You'll purchase your own hardware for installation to your specific wall. Wall brackets and steel hardware are included. Choose from a variety of colors in Beauty-Mark Long Life Designer Outdoor Acrylic Fabric, which resists fading, moisture, mildew and soil. The awning has an outset width of 4.5". Please follow these minimum mounting clearances; 76" from the ground, 4" above the window or door (46 to leave opening unobstructed), 2.5" on each side. It comes with a 5-year limited warranty. Meets or exceeds Uniform Building Code requirements, withstands heavy snow loads, and winds of 125mph. Height (with valance): 44", Width: 100.5", Projection: 36". Valance Height: 8". Weight: 38 lbs.
