This awning comes partially assembled-and includes all the necessary wall brackets and stainless steel hardware. The fabric on these awnings is constructed from Beauty Mark's patented Long Life Designer Outdoor Acrylic fabric which makes it resistant to fading, moisture, mold, and mildew.
