Share This Item With Friends: Pin It This non-retractable is designed to fit under a low eave. It has dimensions of 100.5" W x 24" H (with 6" valence) and projects 36" from the building. The structural aluminum frame makes it strong and the Beauty-Mark(tm) outdoor fabric makes it beautiful. This fabric will resist fading and mildew and is available in many different colors. You can choose from several different valence styles, and graphic signage is also available. Final assembly and installation is easy using the included mounting brackets. The finished item will provide protection from damage by the sun and will help to lower your air conditioning bill. This custom made item cannot be returned unless it is defective. A 5-year warranty is included with purchase.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
