This awning has a 48" projection that will block the sun from damaging your interior furnishings and will block up to 70% of the heat uptake from west facing windows and doors. The Beauty-Mark(tm) fabric comes in an impressive selection of vivid colors and patterns and is specially formulated to resist fading and mildew. You can customize the awning further by selecting a valence style and adding graphic signage. The strong aluminum frame is engineered to support even heavy snow loads and will be stable in winds up to 125 mph. All necessary mounting brackets are included. The awning dimensions are 364.5" W x 24" H (with 6" valence) x 48" D and it comes with a 5-year limited warranty. This custom made item can't be returned unless defective.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
