This stationary awning is specially designed to fit low eaves, and has dimensions of 196.5" W x 24" H (with 6" valance) with a projection of 42". It is designed with commercial grade aluminum tubing and Beauty-Mark(tm) fabric that maintains its beauty and is resistant to mildew, moisture, soiling, and fading. Graphic signage is also available. The entire structure is engineered to withstand heavy snow loads and winds up to 125 mph. A wide variety of colors and valance styles are available so that you can create a customized look for your building. The awning arrives partially assembled and installation is easy with the included mounting brackets. A 5-year warranty is included.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
