The awning will protect your interior furnishings from sun damage, and it will block up to 70% of the heat from west facing doors windows. The awning is made from commercial structural aluminum tubing and Beauty-Mark(tm) outdoor fabric that is resistant to soiling, mildew, and fading. The design is tested to withstand heavy snow loads and winds up to 120 mph. Assembly and installation can be accomplished in about one hour with the included mounting brackets and steel hardware. You must supply fasteners to secure the brackets to your particular mounting surface. The awning has dimensions of 604.5" W x 24" H (with 6" valance) with a projection of 36". The minimum mounting height from the ground is 76". This item is custom made and cannot be returned unless it is defective.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
