It is made with structural aluminum tubing and Beauty-Mark(tm) outdoor acrylic fabric that resists fading, moisture, mildew, and soiling. Several valance styles are available and the valance has high-quality braided trim. Graphic signage is also available.The whole structure is engineered to withstand heavy snow loads and winds up to 125 mph. The awning is partially assembled and installation is quick and easy with the included mounting brackets. The awning dimensions are x 40.5" W x 44" H (with 8" valance) with a projection of 24". The minimum mounting height is 76". This is a custom made item and cannot be returned unless it is defective. A 5-year warranty is included.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
