The amazing fabric resist mold and fading and will keeps its original beauty for years. You can choose from many colors and patterns and you can customize the awning by choosing a valence style. Graphic signage is also available if you wish. The awning is durable during even severe weather, and it will support heavy snow loads and can withstand winds up to 125 mph. All necessary mounting brackets are included. The awning measures 196.5" W x 31" H (with 7" valence) and it projects 24" from the building. It comes with a 5-year warranty. This custom built awning is not returnable unless defective.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
