Several different valence styles are also available so that you can create a truly customized look. Graphic signage is also available.The lovely Beauty-Mark(tm) fabric resists fading and mildew and the structural aluminum frame provides superior strength. The unit is engineered to hold up under heavy snow loads as well as 125 mph winds. You finish the assembly and install the awning easily using the included mounting brackets. The awning has dimensions of 244.5" W x 31" H (with 7" valence) and projects 24".
