Looking for a blue 10x20 canopy with white text on it that would read CURTIS SCHOOL on both sides. How much would it cost to add "CURTIS SCHOOL" on the canopy in white letters?
Also, we would need it by May 23rd.
Can you email me if its possible to have it delivered by that date?
By Dawn H. on May 15, 2012
It usually takes two weeks from the time the paperwork is signed to get the canopy. We would also need to know what accessories you need and where you want the printing such as on the peak or the valance. Please fill out the quote request form at the link below and make sure you put in the comment section when you need the tent:

Hello, I am interested in this canopy. I have a question about the overhead structure. Is there trussing going up and over from the corners and sides, or are there two poles going straight up into the top?
By Dawn H. on May 10, 2012
Answer:It has both trusses going up and over as well as two poles.

Will a replacement cover fit my10x20 Shelter Logic frame? I am looking for a longer lasting top as i keep my car under it for the summer. If so what is the cost of your best quality top?
By Dawn H. on June 25, 2012
Answer:No, the Caravan tops are designed for certain Caravan canopies only and would not fit a Shelter logic frame.

Just wanted to know if this tent is water proof.
By Tyler M. on July 2, 2012
Unfortunately, this is not 100% waterproof. The professional top will provide great water resistance, but it is not waterproof. The only waterproof 10x20 pop-up style canopy we have can be found here

1. Does this come with a carrying case or roller case?
2. What does the frame inside the canopy look like? Is it an expandable frame?
3. How many people (and how long) does it take to put up?
4. What is the additional price for a custom color (gold)? Can we get a swatch?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on July 3, 2014
It does not come with a roller bag. The roller bag can be purchased from from the accessories tab on the item page. It does have an expandable frame. We do not have a picture of the 10 x 20 frame but it will look similar to the 10 x 10 Aluma frame
but will have 6 legs instead of 4.
It takes 2 people about 30 seconds to set this up. There is a video on below the picture on the item page showing this.
The additional cost for a custom color is $50. We will be happy to send you a color swatch if you will provide us with your mailing address.

I need a 10 foot x 20 foot waterproof tent with zippered side for my booth at a street fair. I also have a logo that I would like to be printed onto this tent. What would you suggest?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on September 15, 2014
The only actually water proof canopy we have is the Vitabri canopy
. The walls can be found on the accessories tab.
However, if this is out of your price range, the canopy you linked to is an excellent canopy but is water resistant like most canopies rather than water proof.

I lost the instructions to setup this canopy. Do you have them?

Answer:Easy-peasy. But it does take at least two persons; better if you have four. With four, each person grabs a corner post and pull open the aluminum frame; initially open it to about two-thirds of capacity. At this time, put the canopy cover over the top,, without tying it down, before extending the frame to it's full capacity. Now take each post and raise it to a height where you can get under the canopy to tie it down. Use the ties and the velco straps provided just for the corners. Once you have the canopy secured, raise the six posts to the desired final height. You should always secure it to the ground preferably with stakes, stakes with cords, or strapped down with water barrels. This is a must, because a twenty mile an hour gust can lift your tent up and mangle your posts. We have owned numerous 10' x 20' tents and they are very durable, much more so than comparable tents with steel posts. If maintained it should last years. One final recommendation: if you want to leave the tent up overnight or for a period where it is unattended, take off the canopy. That way should a storm come up, overnight it won't blow away.
