This frame tent will become the base of operations for your family's outing at the park or beach. It opens up to 5' x 5' and has five different height settings that are 3.5" apart. The peak height is 9.5 feet. It comes with a professional 500D polyester canopy that will provide adequate sun block and offer shelter from rain if inclement weather threatens your fun. The tents folds down to 61.5" x 8" x 8" for convenient storage. Four standard colors are available. Several custom colors are available at an additional cost.

Yes, they are fire retardant and are CPAI-84 compliant. They come with a tag with this information sewn into the underside of the canopy.
