You'll Like These

These are great anchors that I?ve used for some time now, and they keep my tent nice and secure. I?ve tried other things in the past?different kinds of weights, pegs, ropes, and so on?but have never found anything I like better than these. You will need some muscle to screw them into the ground. (I use the help of a big tire iron.) Of course, you have to make sure the surface you?re setting up on will allow you to use these properly?the soil can?t be too hard or too soft. Oh by the way, I use fiber straps instead of ropes?I think they?re a lot easier to work with and to get nice and tight.

Better than Originals

I replaced the original carport stakes with these. These are much better than the ones I initially received.

Very Secure

There are other ways to secure a canopy carport, but this is the best, in my opinion?better than using weights, for example. I also came up with my own system of staking, using large bolts, and that helps a lot too.
