A Pleasure to have an extra "room" in summer!

Through the years, I have been thrilled to own three of these screened enclosures! The last one I bought lasted 12 years! Each fall, I disassemble it, put it into my storage shed and bring it back out in late Spring. If one is careful in the disassembly, the enclosure is easily reassembled. I usually do this without help. Over the time the vinyl top does shrink a bit, but even with the shrinkage, I found that the enclosure can be retrofitted with twine to be secured. It is such a pleasure to have an extra "room" in summer for our small house in which friends and relatives can gather without mosquitoes! The turnaround for shipping was good. Unfortunately for the delivery guy, his truck couldn't manage the low hanging wires and had walk a dolly with the product a good block or two uphill. Nevertheless, the delivery went well without a problem, and the packaging was intact, well secured, and without damage. I would highly recommend this product.

Really great and sturdy

I was reluctant to purchase this screen house thinking it may be flimsy but I was dead wrong it's a very sturdy screen house that goes up quick. My son and I put it up literally in 35 minutes, with the installation of the door takes up most of that time. You do have to anchor it down especially if you place on hard surface because it will move and the panels will fold different ways under slightly mediocre winds, but once it's anchored it is unbelievably strong, and sturdy. You may have to have the sun warm up the top before you can get all the grommets wrapped around the truss ends but I was able to get all but 2 from the start the other two went in within a few hours. Nice screen house especially for the price.....

Pros

It's sturdy, strong, goes up extremely fast and looks great.

Cons

Provide a covered, screened vent at the roof center to allow air to move through. This would also help it stay in place under slightly windy days and a hook or something at the bottom of the panels for anchorage to concrete.
