How is the top banner of this E-Z UP 10 x 10 Canopy package printed? Is that done by E-Z Up?
By Will M. - eCanopy Product Specialist on July 6, 2015
Answer:The name banner attachment is a 68" x 7.75" clear plastic sleeve. You would have this printed locally and attach the banner to the corners of the canopy top using the built-in fabric loops.
By Tom from Salt Lake City, UT on July 6, 2015
Answer:No, the banner is not printed. It is actually a banner sleeve with a clear front for you to insert your own banner. It should hold a banner that is 10 inches wide by ten foot long.
By Laurie from Detroit, MI on July 7, 2015
Answer:I have an EZ Up but do not use the banner holder as I use my own banner but I don't think the banner is printed for you. It is a banner holder, you would insert your custom made banner.
By Hannah from Milwaukee, WI on July 7, 2015
Answer:No, there was no banner included with the purchase. There is a space for the a top banner along the front, to slide in the banner of your choice.

By Paula from Lexington, NC on August 17, 2015
Answer:The upper part of the panels are attached with straps that attach to the frame. The sides zip together and have Velcro strips to fasten to the legs. Easy peasy!
By Sheri from Howard, PA on August 17, 2015
Answer:All 4 sidewalls are not connected to the tent but have loops/tabs to hook to the frame around the top of the canopy. This canopy does not have Velcro to attach the sidewalls to the canopy top just Velcro tabs to secure around the 4 corner poles. 1 sidewall has a zipper in the middle.
By Laurie from MI on August 17, 2015
Answer:They have zippers on all 4 sides and one side has a zipper in the middle as well. The side walls connect to the wire frame by fabric loops and a dowel like button. I just purchased one of these tents about a month ago.
By Shanna from IA on August 18, 2015
Answer:They have 2 strips of Velcro at the top and bottom of each side panel. Also has two sets on each end. The Velcro is very tough. Each panel has zippers that connect them on the corners and the front of the tent has two half panels which zipper together to make 1 full panel. You can completely enclose yourself. The zippers are also very tough. The top overlaps the side panels so if it rains, the water runs outside of the tent.

Can this E-Z UP 10 x 10 canopy package with name banner be stored with the canopy attached or must it be removed? How do the sidewalls attach? Are the legs adjustable?
By Chris C. - eCanopy Product Specialist on August 19, 2015
Answer:You can indeed store the canopy in the roller bag without having to remove and fold the top each time. This allows for extremely easy setup and take down. The sidewalls attach to the backside of the valance utilizing velcro strips which are sewn to both the top and sidewall. This model will allow for 3 leg heights, at which the maximum height places the valance of the canopy at 6'10".
By Monty from Minneapolis, MN on August 19, 2015
Answer:Yes the canopy can be stored on the frame in the bag.
The side walls have Velcro straps to hook to the legs and hang by the ladder system by hoop and bead. The legs are adjustable for height
By Dean from Colorado Springs, CO on August 20, 2015
Answer:Yes, the Canopy can be stored on the frame. The sidewalls are attached by loops and toggles. you have four height adjustments on the frame.
By Sheri from Howard PA on August 20, 2015
Answer:Yes, the canopy can be stored with the canopy top. We never take it off before storing in the bag. The sidewalls are attached to the canopy top with a loop enclosure that attaches over the canopy frame; no Velcro. However the sidewalls are attached to the side poles by Velcro tabs. And yes, the legs are height adjustable.
