Answer:
No it does not come with side walls and side walls are not currently available. It is water resistant but not water proof. The carrying case is considered strong enough to support transport of the canopy and there is a one year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.If you would like a canopy with side walls included, please view our package deals at the following link:

KDKanopy sidewalls do not attach with Velcro. They slip over a special rail that comes with the side wall which then attaches to the frame. The canopy itself does not come sidewall compatible.By Mark from Washington DC on April 8, 2013
