I looking for a canopy that can be put up temporarily when hail storms threaten. Will this canopy survive a hail storm severe enough to dent a car?
By Dawn H. on May 27, 2014
Answer:No, this will not survive a hail storm of that magnitude. The manufacturer actually recommends removing the top in these situations. The only recommendation we can make for a shelter that can take this type of abuse would be an actual storage shed.

Is this canopy in any way resilient to mold and mildew?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on August 6, 2014
Answer:It is mildew resistant but not mildew proof. You will want to occasionally spray it down with a mild soap solution and spray it off. With any first signs of mildew, you will also need to spray it down with a light soap solution, wipe down the affected area with a soft cloth and then spray rinse it.

Is this a "year-round" canopy? I live in Wisconsin and we get a lot of snow. I'm looking for something that can withstand the snow in the winter. What would you suggest?
By Emily - eCanopy Product Specialist on February 9, 2015
The King Canopy does not have a snow load rating. You would need to get a shelter with a good snow load rating for those tough Wisconsin winters. Please use the link below to view a unit that you might be interested in.
