Answer:Yes it is possible that they may flap and make noise. The dimensions are accurate. These are designed to be mounted on poles or other devices to shade an area below it.

The only other size we have is the 10 Foot Quadrilateral Sun Shade
. Using the larger shade in a smaller area would require you to let the shade droop.

Answer:The sun shade can be unclipped from the brackets quite easily. Removing the brackets would require tools and would take a bit more time.
