Is 12 feet x 12 feet the exact size or is this shelter slightly smaller? Also, are there brackets to screw this shelter onto a deck?
By Collin C. on September 16, 2014
Answer:This canopy measures 12 feet by 12 feet with the measurements taken from the outside of each corner leg. The unit includes foot pads that allow the use of stakes to secure the unit or fasteners to anchor the unit to a wood deck.

Are the sides like screens and can you see out of them?
By Emily - eCanopy Product Specialist on September 8, 2016
Answer:Thank you for your inquiry. The EZ-Up 159594 Veranda 12x12 Instant Shelter in Khaki does not have full side walls, this unit only has frame leg covers so the fabric will only soften the look of the canopy by covering the legs only.
