I want to install one on a concrete pad. What anchors system should be used?
Per the user manual: "If the location where you are placing the building hasvery hard ground or any rock/concrete in it, pre-drill the holesbefore inserting anchors. Hammer drills can be rentedat most home improvement or rent-all centers. Hittingthe anchors into rock/concrete will cause the drive rod end tomushroom inside the anchor head, and prevent the driverod from coming out of the hole."

The manufacturer has stated that the Rhino Shelter House Style Instant Storage Shed - 12 x 12 x 8 has a snow load of 35 lbs per sq ft and the wind load of 80 mph.

While these units only list a one year manufacturer's warranty, they have a ten year life expectancy. This would hold true even for an installation in California.

Works great
I bought this as a garage for my SUV. It took my brother-in-law and I 2 days to put it up but we work slow and only 4-5 hours in a day. I did talk him out of anchoring it with the ones we needed to drill in to the ground but we did use the smaller ones that hold the entryway down. If we expect a hurricane I think we will take the cover off so we should be safe. We have had a bit of wind (20mph) without a problem.
Why did it take us so long to put up you ask? Did I mention that our average age is 65? The heavyset thing was the center tarp but once we figured out to tie rope to each grommet then to the other side, it was easier for one to pull, one to lift and push, tie off, repeat with the next line. This let us take a break if needed but no breaks necessary. There was a step that was wrong in the directions. They have upgraded one of the tie downs to something better so it was easy to figure out.
I may add a light of some kind.
Pros
Works well. Plenty of room to get in / out for the driver and passengers. Waterproof, no leaks detected.
Cons
Once you have the end tarps tight, it is difficult if not impossible to unzip then zip back. I made this mistake once. I was able to get it closed but I would not try this often.
