This appears to be a common complain with our customers. I am sorry you're experiencing this issue. The only advice I can give would be to push up gently from underneath with a broom handle to get the water out.

Great Canopy!

We've had a canopy for a few years and it's done a great job. Unfortunately, we had a windstorm which damaged it. We ordered one as a replacement and another one for a second door and it makes our store look very nice. It's a great help blocking the sun and adding shade.

Quality product!

I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the materials and overall product was an unexpected surprise. Top quality fabric and hardware. My only concern is that the top of the awning does have a dip/sag in the fabric, that collects water. Maybe this is due to the width being 8 feet. I also installed a 4 ft, identical product and didn’t have this problem.

Awning Quality

Great looking awning and very easy to install. The only thing we have seen is it will hold rain water, Not sure if it had some more support rods in the middle would help. But very happy overall.
