No Bungee cords included. Overall length very short no much over hang. Quality does seem good

what are the dimensions of the canopy?

Answer:

This is a peaked replacement cover, and the specific dimensions are not available. This replacement cover is made to fit Shelter Logic tent # 23571. It will also fit Shelter Logic's older model tent that has a 54-1/2" rafter pole.

I have a model 23583 Shelter. Is this the correct replacement cover?

Unfortunately, I was not able to pull up this exact model number. However, this replacement cover is able to be used with most Shelter Logic peak canopies with 2" diameter legs.
