I'm thinking of this for use to cover our salt bin - can it be bolted down to our concrete bin blocks? Do the pipe pieces bolt together? Does it keep water out but let the air out as to not become a sail?
The pipes are bolted in together and if you plan to anchor in concrete it is suggested that you go to your local hardware store and purchase concrete anchors. Yes, the shed is meant to keep water out. and not flap outward when air is being let out.
