This Shelter Logic Pro Series Green Pop Up Canopy Tent is made from sturdy beam welded tubular construction and features an open ceiling for unobstructed head room. The cover is polyester and UV treated inside and out with fade blockers, as well as being anti-aging and anti-fungal. The seams are sealed with waterproof tape for optimal water resistance and drip free seam. The frame is bonded with DuPont thermoset baked on powder coating to eliminate chipping, peeling, and weathering. This 12 ft. x 12 ft. shelter also features high performance synthetic join components and lock nut joint construction.

Easy up

It was,at first, hard to put up. Every joint had to be loosened and oiled. Not hard to do. It takes two people to set the tent up. The top is thin. After eight times setting it up I have holes on the top of the cover. It is simple to set up but you need a long pole to push up on the inside center to expand the tent. Makes it easier. Buy sand bags for each leg - they are needed. It's light, simple, and easy to put away. Takes up little space. Top could be stronger.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Looking for something that collapses into a small package. Also looking for sides to attach so it is a shelter.

We do not currently carry a 12 x 12 Pop Up Canopy with sides.

For something that collapses small and comes with the sides, I would recommend our 10 x 10 Caravan Traveler. It folds down to only 51" long and comes with side walls and a roller bag. You can view it at the following link:

No sidewalls are not available and are not available for any of the 12 x 12 units we carry. We would not be able to offer any addition discount on our already low sale prices. Per the manufacturer, this tent weighs 65 pounds and has a total frame height of 59 inches when fully collapsed.

Does the shelter logic 12 x 12 have sides available for it? If not do you have a 12 x 12 with sides?

We carry the Quik Shade Weekender 144 which is 12 x 12 as well as the screen kit for it. We do not carry solid sidewalls for it unfortunately. You can find them at the following links:

When you collapse the tent for storage, do you leave the canvas top on the frame or remove it and fold it up?

Answer:

While it is indeed possible to collapse the frame of the tent with the top still in position, it is recommended to remove the top whenever possible. Repeatedly collapsing the tent frame with the cover attached will accelerate the degradation of the cover.
