1. Can I get a high quality clear cover instead of the gray cover?
2. I have 69" clearance at the ground level on the terrace where I want to use this shelter - is there an easy way to slightly modify the 72" width of the shelter?

Do these shed canopies have any kind of front panel or door on them? I cannot figure it out with the information that I have found so far.

Is there any warranty for this product? How long do they last? I live in Florida, and the side of the house it goes on is not always hit by the sun.

Answer:This shelter carries a full limited warranty against defects in workmanship. ShelterLogic warrants to the Original Purchaser that if properly used and installed, the product and all associated parts are free from manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year.

Will this shed handle a snow load? I plan to use it in the Pocono Mountains and it snows a few feet a year there.

Answer:Unfortunately, our temporary shelters are not designed to handle a significant snow load. You must always keep snow from accumulating to prevent damage.

Can this unit be assembled so that it is half its height? I looked at the assembly guide and there are 2 pieces to each side post and I wanted to not use one of the two so that it's more like 5' instead of 8'.

Answer:We do not recommend that you alter the construction of any of our items. This is a safety reason and it might cause a default in the integrity of the structure if it's not installed by the manufacturers directions.

Answer:If you cannot find a sticker with this information on your frame, there should be a label sewn on to the top with your production number and model number. If you can only find a production number, then you would need to reach out to the manufacturer.

Answer:Life Expectancy is hard to gauge to the various weather, temps and conditions in different parts of the country. But this model does have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
