Can this shed be installed on my paved patio for winter storage use?
By Dawn H. on July 26, 2012
Answer:The shed is designed to be anchored into the ground. You would not be able to anchor it to your paved patio and these must be anchored are they could be damaged by wind or blown away.

We are not sure what "solid rear door panel" means. Is it fixed or is it a door? Can the back of this tent be left open for someone to drive a lawn tractor in the front and out the back (to avoid having to back out)?
By Tyler M. on July 27, 2012
Answer:We apologize for the confusion, the back panel is fixed and there is no "door" at all. It cannot be opened.

Does this come with all the tiedowns and straps needed to hold it down to the ground?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on July 14, 2014
Answer:Yes, it does come with ratchet tie downs and anchors needed to anchor it into the ground.
By Kevin from Jackson Hole, WY on July 14, 2014
Answer:it comes with braided wire to attach to stakes or other tie downs, but does not come with that hardware. I purchased the 18" stakes to go with it, but was not able to get them in the ground (too many rocks). I staked it down with tent stakes and tied it to a tree and had no problems with it in my fairly sheltered back yard through the winter

Does this unit come with a door kit?
By Darnarius on December 6, 2016
Answer:This unit comes with the 8' W x 8' L x 8' H steel frame that has a full valance fitted cover, one double zippered door panel, one solid rear door panel, four 15" Auger anchors, ratchet tie downs, steel foot plates, and easy step by step instructions.
By Dan from San Antonio, TX on February 8, 2017
Do they offer just the "tent" material replacement for the 8' x 8' instant storage shed canopy? If you rip the material, can you just buy the replacement? My canopy got ripped from hail. I bought a new 8' x 8' and used the existing frame as there was nothing wrong with it. Now, I have a full box of new the frame parts. If I could get just the existing material alone that would be swell. Then, I could have two canopies. Thank you.
By Darnarius on February 8, 2017
Answer:You will need to contact ShelterLogic directly, we only carry the full unit.
By Will from Grahamsville, NY on April 5, 2017

By Darnarius on April 6, 2017
Answer:No. This canopy is not snow load rated. None of the pop up canopies we offer are snow load rated. They are to be taken down after each use to avoid damage.
