The SOMFY RTS motor comes with a remote control for easy adjusting and the motor plugs into a standard household outlet. The shade is supported with a dual cable system that is super strong and has no vertical pieces to interfere with your view. The awning can be installed on any kind of siding and requires only an 8" mounting surface. The lovely fabric provides 99.9% UVA and UVB protection and is 100% waterproof. The horizontal pattern is confirmed to lower the temperature under the awning by as much as 20° F. A 5-year warranty applies to the entire awning, motor, remote, fabric, and frame.
