Camping is a wonderful activity, and you can enhance our camping experience with this tent floor saver. Rocks, sticks, roots, and other debris around a campsite can tend to tear holes in the floor of your tent. However, this heavy duty floor saver is made from 6mm polyethylene to protect your tent from damage. This rectangular floor saver also provides an extra layer of protection from water, keeping your floor drier. A number of sizes are available to enable you to conveniently select the product best for your camping needs.

    Tarp Would Be Better
Most likely, a tarp would be a better solution for your tent than this product. Even though this cover is able to do the job, I personally feel that it is much too thin to do the job adequately.

    No Problems With the Product
Prior to purchasing this cover I did a good bit of research. A good bit of what I read was not positive and causing me to be somewhat concerned. I placed the order and received the cover and was a little dismayed at how thin it was. However, my fears were set aside when I used it for a week at a college field camp, and despite the debris where I set it up, nothing was damaged and the cover is perfectly intact.

    Perfect Birthday Gift
This made a great birthday present for one of my family members. It was delivered on time, and nothing was defective. He took it on a kayaking excursion, and it did very well for him. I definitely recommend this product and vendor.

    Low Quality Tarp
This is a very poor quality tarp. My first problem with this product is that there is no way to actually attach it properly to the tent. I do know that other brands that are currently on the market do offer this feature. Additionally, the quality of the material use in this cover is poor, and rocks and other objects can very easily leave a mark in it.

    Too Thin
With hindsight, I feel that it is safe to say that I could have done much better if I had gone to a fabric or hardware store and created my own cover. When you get down to it, this cover is really no better than a thin vinyl sheet and is not capable of doing that which is needed. Even though the picture makes it look like the case comes with grommets that is not the case.

Tent Has Lasted a Long Time
The sheer number of poor reviews that this product receives perplexes me somewhat. Personally, I feel that in most of these cases, people bought it, took one look at it, thought that it was a bad product, returned it, and then wrote a scathing review condemning it. While it might look like it is a thin sheet, but the reality is that it is much thicker than that. I have used it repeatedly over the years during a camping trip, and I can say with confidence that it has done the job repeatedly.

Dimmensions Do Not Match Recommended Tent
At the time I purchased my current tent, I received a recommendation from their website to purchase a floor cover. My suspicions were initially aroused, because the recommended floor covers dimensions did not match with those of my tent. My suspicions were confirmed after I followed the recommendation, bought the cover, and received it in the mail. Sure enough, one of the sides was not nearly long enough for the tent. I really should have followed my intuition and make the decision to purchase a large tent. While the small cover was sufficient for my two man tent, it is woefully inadequate for my current three man tent.

    Bad Product
I have decided that the next time I need to purchase a cover to go underneath my tent, I will get a tarp. The only good thing to speak of with regards to this floor saver is that it does fit the tent perfectly. Otherwise it is a disaster: after just one use for one night, I discovered that it was filled with quite a few tiny holes.

    Very Flimsy Construction
This product is very flimsy in its construction and cannot possibly protect anything from rocks or roots. I had purchased it to serve as protection for my tent during a motorcycle camping expedition. I got home and did a trial set up, and at that moment, it seemed somewhat thin, but I thought that there was no problem. As it turns out, after this one set up, the floor saver already had holes in it.

    Kept Tent Water Tight
This cover is just a little smaller than the tent floor, yet it was successful in keeping water from coming inside the tent.

    Good Tent Overall
This tent is waterproof, sturdy, light weight, and very easy to use. I had purchased product to protect the footprint of my current tent, mainly because my tent is very light and the current footprint is both light and relatively minimal. Current uses that I find this item terrific for include camping as well as backpacking. This product has held up well through multiple uses with no holes and only a few dents and scuffs to show for it all. Occasionally, I do find it good to use inside my tent particularly when I choose to go on a back packing expedition with my dog.

    Floor Saver Did the Trick
I can say from personal experience that this floor saver did the trick. It is able to pack small enough so that you can fit it inside the tent bag along with the tent. During the big test trip, we put this floor saver down for our four man tent, and even with camping for two days in a soggy environment, it managed to keep things dry.
