For the ultimate in snow load and wind defiance, look no further than ShelterLogic's incredible new line of steel-frame ShelterTube portable shelters. With a 15-gauge, powder-coated steel frame and triple-layer polyethylene cover, these heavy-duty shelters can resist 80 mph winds and 43 psf of ground/snow cover (when used properly - see below.) The front doorway allows 10 feet of clearance, meaning there's plenty of room to fit your vehicles, equipment, and gear.
Canopy cover also available in gray.
* Please Note: Snow and wind load measurements are for reference purposes only. Loads are calculated using combined snow and wind load provisions in accordance with ASCE 7-05 using models that received secure anchoring. For effective snow and load capacity, all units should meet full compliance with local building codes.

Can the side walls be rolled up once the unit is installed? I want the flexibility to open up the sides during good weather to have more open access to the vehicle inside.
1 Answer
The walls and top are one piece for the 62809. We do not have a roll kit for the walls. This unit does come with 2 roll up doors along with the roll up door kits for you to allow air to flow through.
Strong frame, assembly straight forward. Canopy reasonable, but tears easily along horizontal and vertical lines - remain hopeful about durability, lifespan. Good service from eCanopy, delivered as promised

I would recommend this item to a friend.
Big Shelter Does the Job
The set up was fairly simple. The square tube framing went together easily and the frame seemed really strong. I'm not as optimistic about the cover, it seemed light for a snow rated cover. Will see how it fairs through this winter. Located at 9000 feet near Winter Park Ski area will put it to the test.
Pros
Big shelter, can even fit large pickup. Great frame.
Cons
The cover seems weak compared to the frame. The zippers seem cheap, looks like nylon or plastic.
