It took me only 30 minutes to have it up on my back yard. Everything are well labeled and instructed.

The stakes only hold the plastic bases to ground, a strong wind would lift everything up. The cotter pins could be used to lock all sections together. I used the rope to hold the horizontal tubing to the states.

Our porch was much too hot in the sun, this canopy provides shade and comfort, adds "another room", and allows us to enjoy the fresh outdoors in comfort

The frame parts slide apart very easily, canopy would become airborne with even a mild wind. Instructions should suggest securing frame pieces to each other. We used white duct tape, which works beautifully.

Just purchased a canopy shelter for my BMW, as my new garage is a finished room. I was very hesitant about not having a garage, but the canopy has worked so well in the last two rains here in Norcal, I'm no longer concerned. There is enough room for me to stay out of the rain getting in and out, as well -- and protection from the sun is a boon. Great product -- good price. Very easy assembly !

Stores well, Shelters adequately
The Max AP is made of the smaller 1-1/8" diameter tube stock throughout. It is a little easier to put together than the previous version, though the twist-lock can be frustrating when taking it down. Cover isn't bad, not the most robust top, but not the thinnest either - will not tolerate bleach or scrubbing, so keep it clean. breaks down to reasonable size pieces, which helps in storing it. Does not come with lines and stakes, but does include bungies. Enclosure kits (sides) sold separately. This will keep wind-less rain and dew off your stuff. I would not try to keep it up in 30mph winds without having cabled the leg/rafter assemblies and lashing the corner eaves together. It will try to roll, so stake it and pin down the "feet". Greatest chance of destroying itself is if it gets loose and starts to roll or has one connection come loose and then starts to curl up on itself. Best if you can fasten it to something else with greater wind resistance. Tubes can buckle under heavy winds. When high winds are expected, remove the legs and lash it to the ground.
