How do I see a tent with a gold colored top?
By Dawn H. on February 5, 2013
The Caravan brand canopies are the only ones with an option for a gold top. We do not have a picture of one with a gold top but you can see the color of gold on our Canopy Custom Graphics Quote Request Form

Please provide the cost for an EZUp 10X15 steel tent with a white top and the logo on the front and top.
By Tommy H. on February 20, 2013
We will need to see your logo before we can send you a quote. Please note that we cannot print on the package deals. The printing has to be done prior to the tent being sewn together.

Do the sides zipper up?
By Tommy H. on March 1, 2013
Answer:Sometimes. A few examples of brands with "zipper up" sides are Caravan, EZ-Up, and UnderCover. If you are unsure about a specific model, just let us know.

I'm looking for a tent that can fit at least 4 people, have room for them to stand up, is easy to set up and doesn't have a lot of poles. Do you have something that works for all of this?

Which of your canopies can be put up by a single person?

What would be the type of canopy that you sell that will be in the weather 24/7 365 days a year and lasts enough to get our money worth? Also would it be available to have side walls?
By Tyler M. on August 29, 2013
Answer:Unfortunately, none of our pop-up canopies are designed to be left up year-round. We recommend one of our garage canopies (classified as "semi-permanent structures"), many of which do offer enclosure kits. What size(s) do you need? We would be happy to offer recommendations.

Do you offer the fabric for an awning that would extend off my 10 x 10 tent? Its a KD. I purchased the arm mechanism a while back from another company and now I want to purchase the fabric and they are not responding. It seems they don't want to sell just the fabric. So I'm searching for a company that carries something like that. Can you help me?

I am an artist who uses an EZ Up professional grade tent for shows. I have always had a helper who was there to put the tent up with me, but this coming season I will not have her. I need a tent that I can set up by myself. I'm looking at the Weekender 81 and wondering if this is easy to put up and if it is sturdy enough to withstand the occasional wind we encounter. Can you suggest anything that might work for me?
By Emily on January 9, 2014
I would not suggest the Weekender 81 for a frequent used canopy for art shows. Do you have a max weight that you are wanting to keep under and a budget? I would suggest the Caravan Craft Show. I have provided the link below so you can view this item.

Do you sell replacement tops for the tents?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on July 24, 2014
Answer:We do for some of them. We will need to know the manufacturer and model of your canopy to recommend a replacement top as replacement tops are not universal.

I would like to purchase 3 - 4 10x10ft tents with optional weight systems for our corporate events. Can you recommend something that is easy to store, fairly light weight and sturdy enough to support 6 - 8 events a year for a few years to come?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on August 18, 2014
We would recommend our 10 x 10 Craft Show Package
as it comes both with stakes for staking into the ground as well as weight bags for use around the legs either when staking into the ground is not an option or when you need extra stability.

I currently have a 10x10 tent. I would like to add my logo and website to the 10' front, side & back. Do you produce custom banners to be placed on existing tents?
Copy on side www.BraceAce.com
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on September 10, 2014
We do offer several types of custom banners. You can view their description and upload your logo at the following link:
They can be constructed to fit your exact specifications and can feature graphics on one or both sides depending on your needs. You'll also find that you'll have just as many, if not more, fabric and ink choices than you do when creating a custom canopy. Plus, we even allow you to choose how your banner will be finished. Your new advertising tool can feature ropes at all four corners, built-in grommets, custom-sized pockets for poles, webbing for extra support, or a simple hem.
