Will the rail system affect packing the canopy back into the bag? When it's packed, will the rail system rub holes into the canopy?
By Magan B. on May 3, 2013
Answer:The manufacturer advises: "From all of our market research the wire will not wear the top in any fashion, and it does not affect packing in the bag."

Are these sides waterproof like the velcro great walls?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on July 11, 2014
Answer:The are water resistant but not water proof.
By Pat from GA on July 11, 2014
Answer:The walls were a little shorter than I had hoped, but It was not exactly the same canopy it was made for. Mine was an older one that was taller. It was rained on and kept everything dry like I had hoped. I am very satisfied with mine.

Are the side walls the same material as the Canopy? Can the side walls be fitted so that they do not drag on the ground?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on July 21, 2014
Answer:Yes, the side walls for this canopy are the same as the top.
By Carol from Surprise, Arizona on July 21, 2014
Answer:The side walls are wonderful. The material is lighter weight than the canopy. When you first set up your canopy install the wire cable that holds the drapes, so when you need them you can hook them up easily. They just touch the ground but never "puddled" like in the photo of the foreword corner. I am very happy with my canopy, the walls, and the water gravity bags all purchased on line at e CANOPY. CJ.

I need to verify that these sidewalls are definitely 300 denier polyester. I have the Undercover R2 canopy and ordered the CRS sides and they were only 100 denier and was informed the 300 denier that I previously owned were no longer available so I sent the 100 back as they do not fulfill my requirement. Would you please let me know what denier these are? I LOVE them.
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on September 18, 2014
Answer:We have always been given the information that they are 300 denier but have reason to believe this may have changed to 150 denier. Please allow us to verify this for you and we will get back to you once with have the information.
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on September 22, 2014
Answer:The manufacturer has replied that the previous information given to us was incorrect. These walls are actually 150 denier, which is a good quality for side walls.

How do these walls connect with each other? Do they have zippers or Velcro?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on April 13, 2015
Answer:They have zippers at the edges.
By Wesley from St. Cloud, MN on April 13, 2015
Answer:They zip together in the centers.
By Tania from NC on April 13, 2015
Answer:They zip from the top down. They work really great, but it's a one sided zipper, would be great if you could also zip from the inside! That's the only drawback. I put mine up Friday and left it up at a festival until Sunday, the rain and wind didn't bother it a bit!
