The Little Cottage Co. 10 x 20 Star Barn Panelized Kit brings a touch of rustic charm and grand appearance to your property. This thoughtfully designed kit boasts a beautiful cupola topped with a steeple, really catching the eye. You'll notice the great attention to detail in the star and trim work, adding a special flair. It comes with decorative Colonial hinges on the front door, and two functional 30-inch by 36-inch windows with screens are ready for use. Drawing inspiration from the well-known Star Barn in Lancaster, PA, this kit makes building a breeze with all walls fully framed and sheeted for simplified construction. It's a wonderful way to add a striking and quality structure.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
