The Little Cottage Co. 12 x 12 Classic Gambrel Barn with 6 Foot Sidewall Precut Kit offers a fantastic way to add practical storage space to your property. This kit comes with everything you need to get your new barn built, saving you a lot of hassle. The sturdy walls feature 7/16" LP Smartside and 7/16" OSB roof sheeting, with studs spaced 16 inches apart for a solid structure. You'll appreciate the cool, architecturally correct grooves that give it a charming look. All the lumber is already cut to the precise lengths and angles, making assembly a breeze. It's a great choice for keeping your tools organized, stowing away outdoor gear, or even creating a dedicated spot for your gardening projects. This USA-made barn is designed for easy building and long-lasting use.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
