The terrific Beauty-Mark(tm) outdoor fabric will resist fading and mildew, and can be ordered it a wide variety of wonderful colors and patterns. You have a choice of several valence styles and graphic signage is available if you desire. The awning's frame is made from structural aluminum tubing that makes it strong enough to support heavy snow loads and to withstand winds up to 125 mph. The awning comes with a 5-year warranty. It measures 100.5" W x 56" H (with 8" valence) and has a projection of 36". Unless the awning is defective, no returns are possible because this is a custom made item.
