Can the bottom side flaps of the canopy be buried under ground without rotting or voiding warranty?
By Collin C. on July 22, 2013
Answer:Per the manufacturer, the side flaps are not designed to be buried, as the constant contact with moisture will cause them to degrade more rapidly. This sort of degradation would not be covered under warranty.

I recently purchased an 18' x 30' ShelterLogic canopy. I opened it only to find that there were no instructions on how to assemble the unit. Do you have PDF manuals on line that I may be able to retrieve this information?
By Dawn H. on July 26, 2013
It would depend on the model number of your canopy. If you have the Super Max, we do have the PDF Manual

Can you make a 10 x 12 carport using one of your dark colored tops with 6 legs and a screen kit? I have an existing pressure treated floor in place from a metal shed that would work well with one of your products.
By Kathy N. on August 26, 2013
Answer:Unfortunately we are only the distributor of the product and not the actual manufacturer. We do not have a manufacturer that does custom made structures. As for the covering, you would want to make sure that the application of the tarp would be suitable for your weather environment. The structure would not be able to take a snow load of any kind, and it would need to be on somewhat of a slant or peak for water run off. Again it would only be recommended for a temporary structure not a permanent. The grommets of the tarp covering are spaced every 24 inches which would also need to be taken into consideration for the type of weather environment in your area.

I'm looking for a shed for salt storage, approximately 30' x 50'. Do you have anything that would work?
By Kevin E. on September 19, 2013
We have but one shelter that fits your dimensional criteria. It is our 27774
. It would be advisable to build this shelter upon a base of concrete block or build a concrete retaining wall just inside the shelter to protect the shelter from the corrosive salt stored inside.

I need a replacement cover for our 10 x 20 garage canopy. Is it possible to buy just the canopy? Our frame is in great condition.
By Kevin E. on September 23, 2013
Indeed, replacement covers are available. However, they are model specific. For example, we have covers for units with 1 3/8" frames
or with 2" frames
. If you'd like to respond with the model of your shelter, we'd be happy to locate a replacement top for it.

I need to cover two vehicles with a closed garage (front and back entrance if possible):
1.) A 25 ft. long RV, with a height of 12 ft (clearance because of the AC roof top unit).
2.) A big 8 foot 3 inches high, 22 foot long pickup truck.
The configuration of my back yard allows a garage 25 feet wide - minimum of 27 ft. long - 12 foot high door clearance. How can you help me?
By Emily on October 1, 2013
The only item that I was able to find close to your measurements is the ShelterLogic 30 x 30 Ultra Max Industrial Frame Canopy Shelter - 27772. Please use the link below to view the item:

I have a question about the door height. What is the dimension from the peak to the top of the door. I have a small tractor with a roll bar which is about 7.5 feet high. Will it fit through the door on a 8 foot peak? Also, does the door zipper go completely around, or just on the sides?
By Collin C. on October 7, 2013
Answer:The exact amount of height between the peak and the top of the canopy door will depend on the model of shelter you are interested in. The doors will be zippered only on each side and can be rolled up if need be.
By Valerie from Rescue, CA on October 6, 2013
What are the canopies made of? Are the white ones different from the silver?
By Tyler M. on October 7, 2013
Answer:Most ShelterLogic tops are made with a triple layer, enhanced weave and 100% waterproof
polyethylene. The covers are UV-treated inside and out with added fade blockers, anti-aging, anti-fungal agents. For information regarding a particular canopy, please see the item description and features on the individual item page.

We have your 10x10 pop up canopy. Can you tell me how to get it down?
By Kevin E. on October 21, 2013
Answer:Collapsing pop-up canopies may vary a bit from brand to brand. However, the gist remains the same. Working around the canopy, going leg to leg. First, release the leg height adjusters so that the canopy is down to its lowest setting. Then, release the "slider brackets" (these brackets lock in the truss bras of the canopy). Once the slider brackets are released, you will be able to fold up the canopy like an accordion.

I purchased a 12 X 20 shelter logic for the purpose of stacking wood in it, plus some other items. I am having a hard time figuring out how to stack the wood so no damage happens to the canopy in case of a stack falling for example. Any ideas on how we can protect the canopy, and still fill the shelter with wood? Would appreciate any suggestions.

The only snow load rated shelters of this type we carry are the ShelterTube shelters by ShelterLogic
. These are available in both gray and green in sizes of 12 x
20 x 11, 12 x 25 x 11 and 12 x 30 x 11. They can resist winds up to 80 mph and
snow/ground loads of 43 pounds per square foot (when used correctly).
Unfortunately, these cannot be modified to open on the sides.
