You can match the awning to your decor easily when choosing from the variety of Beauty-Mark Designer Outdoor Fabrics available. Each fabric resists fading, mildew and stains. This awning is simple to install! Wall brackets and steel hardware are included, and you'll purchase your own hardware for attachment to your specific structure. Please follow these minimum mounting clearances; 76" from the ground, 4" above the window or door (20" to leave opening unobstructed), 2.5" on each side. The awning comes with a 5 year warranty, and meets or exceeds Uniform Building Code requirements. Height (with valance): 18", Width: 604.5", Projection: 36". Valance Height: 6". Weight: 161 lbs.
