Share This Item With Friends: Pin It This non-retractable awning is suitable for either residential or commercial use, and will provide shelter from the rain, protection from sun damage, and reduction of heat uptake through windows and doors (up to 70%). It is made from commercial strength aluminum tubing and Beauty-Mark(tm) outdoor acrylic fabric that will resist fading, soiling, and mildew. It is made strong enough to hold even heavy snow loads and will stay in place in winds up to 120 mph. It comes partially assembled, with final assembly and installation taking about one hour. Mounting brackets and steel hardware are included, but you must supply fasteners appropriate to your particular mounting surface. The awnings measures 40.5" W x 24" H (with 6" valance) and has a projection of 36". It comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
