Easy set-up
July 25, 2014
Bought this tent because we wanted a little extra room than the backpack tent we have. This tent is very easy to set-up by myself but like anything it is a little quicker and easier with help but can be done solo. Tent has plenty of room for my wife and I with room left over for all our equipment.
Pros:
Height of the tent allows you to stand up. The near straight walls means you can walk around and stand up anywhere in the tent not just in the center of the tent. Ease of set-up is a big plus. Screen windows on all sides give the tent the ability to breathe and help keep cool.
Cons:
As with any tent I wish the floor material was a little thicker so buy the footprint to help save the flooring.

Overall a Great Tent
March 30, 2014
I have only used this for 2 nights so far but I like it. I can actually stand up in it! There is only one thing that I do not like, the Window covers. They are completely attached on the bottom and zip up on each side. The top does not shut at all! Not good when it was 30 degrees out with the wind blowing! All that cold air blowing right inside the tent made it worse than it had to be. Other than that, a great tent.
Pros:
Tall enough to stand in and easy to set up and tear down
Cons:
Window covers

Utilitarian and Functional
October 11, 2013
I sent a Texsport tent back to another vendor, and ordered this tent as a replacement. While it is $60 more than the Texsport, the upgrade in quality is well worth it. I use it as a screenroom/kitchen/lounge to augment my converted Sprinter van, when claustrophobia sets in. The 8x8 footprint is ample and the nearly vertical walls mean a six-footer like me can stand under the 7' ceiling height across most of the floor area.
Pros:
Four big screen windows; Quality of construction.
Cons:
Screen zipper on door catches on external zipper flap.

Gotta Love All the Headroom!
September 29, 2013
We are long time tent users and have owned over 5 tents over the years and after 3 uses I will say this is our favorite for car camping. The 8 x 8 ft. size is perfect for 2 people with a double mattress, leaving enough room to store clothes and stand/ move about. Our friends with a queen size mattress are also pleased with their 10 x 10 size. The best feature is the amount of headroom you have as soon as you walk in - gives the spacious feel of a much larger tent while sitting nicely in a basic tent spot of our forest campgrounds. Easy to set up, nice big door and windows, and we love leaving the fly off and watching the stars from bed. The only slight mark off is that the zippers tend to catch on the flap. Not enough to damage them, but just not zipping/ unzipping effortlessly.
Pros:
ceiling height window/ door size sky view ease of set up/take down
Cons:
zipper can be sticky

Great Eureka Family Tent
July 6, 2013
Eureka has always managed to make sure that they deliver quality tents, and this tent stays true to form. Even with the cheap price, Eureka has kept all of the materials and construction of high quality and I expect this tent to last. Some people have expressed concern with the fact that the floor is made from the same nylon on the bottom as the rest of the tent; however, this is common with most of Eureka's tents, and I don't see a problem with it. The rods that come with the tent make it feel sturdy (fiberglass for the roof and steel for the sides), and once it is staked down it is stable. The ventilation is pretty good (although I wish there were more floor vents), so it will probably be comfortable when sleeping in it. Obviously this tent isn't made for violent weather, but for family camping this tent will more than meet your needs.

Big Fan of Eureka
July 6, 2013
When in the Boy Scouts, I have always used tents made by Eureka. This made me a huge Eureka fan, and it has served me well. Eureka delivers excellent performance in all their tents and always has. I was looking for a larger tent to upgrade to, and eventually decided on a Copper Canyon. I have to say Eureka has done it once again. There is enough room in the tent to stand, have your gear, room to sleep, and extra room besides. So far it has been weatherproof, and it is easy to break down (also the storage bag is plenty big). One word of caution with this tent would be to only camp when it is warm. The vents in the top of the tent offer great ventilation when it is hot, but if it is cold it will stay cold in the tent. This tent has shown me that Eureka can still impress.

Check Prior to Use
July 5, 2013
Words of wisdom from painful experience: make sure that you assemble this after you get it to make sure that you have everything properly inventoried as well as know how it is supposed to go together. I did not do so, and since I was missing a specific part, I was not able to successfully set it up.

Great Customer Service
July 5, 2013
This brand of tent is simply the best! Not only is it very easy to set up, but also it comes with roomy pockets that give you ample space to store everything that you have. Overall, this tent is well made and has an excellent design. This is my second tent of this brand, and the first one lasted a long time, providing excellent service every use. When the old tent had zipper issues, I got replacement parts as promised in the warranty.

Worth the Investment

If I needed to purchase a tent to replace my current tent, it would be this one! It is well worth the money, and the height makes it easy to walk around without feeling cramped.

Is this packable for a motorcycle camping trip?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on July 23, 2014

Answer:
The pack size is 27-1/2 inches x 9-1/2 inches x 9-1/2 inches.
By Bodie from Arkansas on July 23, 2014

Answer:
I bought the tent for motorcycle camping trips but I also have a trailer I pull behind my motorcycle. It is probably too big to pack on the back of your motorcycle. With that said I love this tent...easy to put up (I can erect it by myself) plenty of room for my wife and I and our supplies. I can stand erect in the tent and get dressed, beats rolling around on the ground trying to put on jeans.
By Mike from Kansas City on July 23, 2014

Answer:
I have a cruiser bike and this tent... This is not a MC packable tent IMHO. Maybe if you are pulling a trailer but even then it is pretty large and the poles are heavy duty so it also weigh a lot.
