I am a sign and graphics company and I have a heat press. Can I heat press lettering onto to this fabric?
By Dawn H. on April 12, 2012
Answer:
The fabric would not hold lettering well as it is too porous. We also could not recommend altering you canopy in any way as that would void any warranty.By Brenda from New Jersey on April 30, 2012

I am looking for the rolling canopy that fits into the smaller, morr manageable bag. We currently own one that is now broken. It folds up into a smaller bag, therefore making it easier for me to carry to and from. Do you still have a full-sized canopy that folds down into a smaller bag?
By Dawn H. on May 21, 2012
Answer:
You may want to take a look at our Caravan Traveler. It fold down on only 51" long. You can view it at the following link:

I need a reliable recommendation for a 10x10 or (preferably) 12x12 canopy for the east coast beach. It needs to be an easy set-up, straight legs, takes windy conditions. I have read your pop up/tent buying guide but it hasn't helped narrow the field. This is a gift & I don't want it to fall apart in a week.

Does this canopy work well for both grass and concrete?
By Kevin E. on August 21, 2012
Answer:
Indeed, it does. The included stakes will anchor it in the grass. However, you'll want to purchase some
weight bags for the concrete application.

The park we go to requires a retardant label on the canopies you use there. Does this have one?
By Dawn H. on November 28, 2012
Answer:
It has a CPAI-84 flame retardant rating. Please note that does not mean flame can come in contact with the canopy itself.By Jerry from Soldotna, AK on May 4, 2013
