Arrived well packaged, everything wrapped tightly. Upon opening, each individual piece, was protected in plastic, all pieces accounted for, instructions were easy to follow, and,available online. I was able to review the instructions before I got it,making assembly much easier. It went together well, plenty of hardware..and as an added bonus, it came with anything marked "optional" or "extra",, including, the winter poles ! Fantastic. I would recommend this product, and the company was easy to deal with and shipping was great
