Is the pipe gauge comparable to the top rail on a cyclone privacy fence? What lb. Is strength of the tie cord? Do all the connecting parts come with locking screws or holes already drilled?

I found the pipe gauge quite sturdy, of the same diameter but not quite as heavy as that of a galvanized top rail. I have no way of gauging the tensile strength of the cord, but it seems pretty stout, braided and about 1/4" in diameter. The pipes are all slip fit, with no pre-drilled holes for locking screws. These were easily made with a cordless drill and I used tapping screws to secure the canopy to the side posts. Assembly was easy and my wife and I easily set it up.

Absolutely not the same gauge because it is not necessary. This is a canopy, not a full time security fence. I know, I have both. The strength on the tie cords are significantly enough for the design on this product. This canopy does not have locking screws or pins. The main reason is: ease of assembly, and saves cost. You can install clip pins if needed with ease. The questions that have been ask suggest that you should consider a bonafide metal carport canopy which should cost in the neighborhood of 1200.00 tp 1800.00 dollars. Use the King Canopy for what it is: a temporary cover for special events or picnics.

Would a Road Trek Agile SS that is 19.5' long x 9.7' tall x 6' wide fit in this canopy?
    1 Answer
It is possible depending on how far across your 9.7 tall dimension extends. This shelter is 9'-6" in the center, tapering to 6'-8" at the sides.

I would like to know the packed size, and how many people it takes to set up.
    1 Answer
The packed size is 79x16x9 and it weighs 107 pounds. One can put it together but two will make it easier and it should take about 45 minutes.

I need just a replacement cover for my 12' x 24' car canopy. How much to add 2 side walls and a rear wall? Do you have a top with some sidewall but no all the way down to the ground?
    1 Answer
In order to answer your questions we will need to know the manufacturer and the model number of the canopy you own.

Our 12' x 20' Universal Canopy arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I am 68 and was able to assemble the canopy myself in less than an hour. With my wife's help (also 68), we were able to put the legs on in less than ten minutes. It took another fifteen minutes to secure the canopy to the legs with self-tapping screws (recommended to prevent the top blowing off). I would recommend this item to anyone seeking a good quality, easy-install canopy.
    ProsEasy setup, attractive.

    King Canopy
The quality of the materials are very good. Very easy to setup, with 2 people only took 20 minutes to setup. The top brackets that connect to each of the legs needs to be anchored together because with any wind, the top part of the canopy will lift off of the legs. Had to drill holes through the top brackets into the top of each of the legs and put in a long screw with a locking bolt. You also need to make sure you anchor the legs down, the wind took my canopy across the yard.
    Prosgood materials
Constop of canopy needs to be anchored to each of the legs

    Nice, solid canopy
This canopy went together easily, with the help of a few friends. It sits squarely and every part fits tightly in its place. Make sure to get the optional anchor kit.
Prosquality material, easy to follow instructionsl
Consthe anchors should be included as standard features.

Easy to install. You need to get creative for the tie downs. I used 8 straps and anchors and four angle straps on the corners. A 4x4 under the legs anchored to blacktop drive way. The cover is the week's and it will take a strong wind to rip it off.
    Proseasy to assemble
ConsNeed to tie down real good are the wind will destroy it . The pitcher does not show the four corner angle ties used for a cross brace they are needed to stable end to end movement.

    A good buy
The canopy was great - durable and easy to put together. It is just a seasonal canopy though, it doesn't seem as if it would last a bad winter. This purchase - so far so good. However, order it from somewhere else. This company has a horrible return policy even though they lure you in with free shipping. We didn't need the anchor set that was a "must" according to the company, and it would have cost me more to return it than it was to purchase it.
