Lorna G.
from Maryland asked:
I have a 10x 20 ft popup canopy on my deck. Every time it rains I have to take it down because it collects pockets of water. What can I do to alleviate this problem?
Most canopies unless waterproof will do that in rain and are not meant to be left out in it.

from Marcy, NY asked:
I need a replacement canopy cover for my 10 x 10 gazebo. I bought two previously, but now I need new covers. My frame is strong, but the cover tore apart. My phone number is 315-736-7084. Please help.
We are sorry to hear that your canopy cover tore. Replacement tops are manufactured for specific frames, so we cannot confirm compatibility without knowing the details of your existing frame. Could you please provide the brand and model of your frame? Look for a label or tag on the frame legs or trusses. Additionally, please specify if it's a pop-up style frame or a fixed gazebo frame, and the size of the leg tubes if you can measure them. Once we have this information, we can determine if we carry a top that fits your frame.
