The fabric is also mildew resistant and will keep its lovely fresh look for years. You can customize this shade by ordering from a wide variety of vivid colors and making your selection of valence styles. You can even add custom graphic signage if you wish. The design is engineered to withstand heavy snow loads and winds up to 125 mph. All necessary mounting brackets are included. The awning measures 64.5" W x 31" H (with 7" valence) and it projects 24". A 5-year warranty is included.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
