It has a strong aluminum frame to withstand but snow and strong winds and is made from the amazing Beauty-Mark(tm) fabric that will keep its fresh look for years. The material is formulated to resist fading and mildew and is available in many colors and patterns. You can customize your awning by choosing the valence style and you can add graphic signage if desired. All necessary mounting brackets are included in the package. The dimensions of the awning are 64.5" W x 39.25" H (with 7" valence) and it projects 32" from the building. It is a custom made item and can't be returned unless it is defective. A 5-year limited warranty applies.

• Due to the wide variety of building surfaces, Awntech does not supply the hardware to install your awning on the wall. You will need to purchase installation hardware at your local hardware store. The manual (download below) will advise you on different surface applications.
